Returns & Refunds
We are devoted to make you feel comfortable and confident when purchasing on JesZyca. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can enjoy 14 days return/refund from the date of their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date.
We advise you to keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your own reference. Please contact Return@JesZyca.com to process your return.
All products returns should obey the following rules:
(1) If the item has a quality issue, such as wrong items and broken/defective products received from us.
(2) If there is no quality issue, you need to undertake the shipping cost for exchange or return, such as choosing the wrong size or other personal reasons.
(3) Items that are returned by Customer. Need to have a valid tracking number.
Kind reminder: Contact with our customer service representative firstly for the returning address if you would like to exchange or return the item. Remember to send the item with the original package. JesZyca is not responsible if these shipments are lost by the carrier or not received to our Vendors.
Procedures for returning:
(1) Pack the item in the original package, and enclose the order number in package.
(2) Get the returning address from our customer service [Return@JesZyca.com] and send the package to this address.
(3) Please inform us the tracking number and the delivery company of the returning parcel.
(4) Keep your shipping receipt until you receive the refund or exchanged item, otherwise, we are not able to issue for packages lost in the transit.
(5) When we got the returned parcel, we will refund you. You are able to get the refund in 4-10 business days.
Note: You need to return all part of the goods.
The conditions you cannot return your jewelry
(1) We do not accept any returns for any personalized items, unless the picture’s appearance is totally different from the photo provided to us.
(2) Jewelries are damaged by misuse or poor maintenance after you receive them.
(3) Silver pieces will become black because of oxidation. Therefore, you need to use the silver polishing cloth to return its original look at first.
Where do i have to send my returning products to.
(1) Customer will need to send their returning products directly to our vendors.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 14 days of receiving your order. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within 14 days, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. Customer Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
JesZyca will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
